Record the COLDCARD model, firmware version, exact message, and what happened immediately before the problem. Do not wipe, reset, restore, or load different firmware until you understand how that action affects the current wallet and its backups.

Never send support your seed words, PIN, passphrase, backup password, private key, wallet backup, XPUB, descriptor, or funded PSBT. Remove addresses, transaction details, device identifiers, and personal information unless support specifically needs a non-secret example and you understand the privacy impact.
