Coinkite is improving keyboard access, focus visibility, reduced-motion behavior, labels, headings, and readable structure across the COLDCARD website. If something blocks you from learning about, setting up, or using COLDCARD, please report the barrier through the official private contact route.
What to include
A useful accessibility report includes:
- the exact page URL;
- what you were trying to do;
- the step where you were blocked;
- the result you expected and what happened instead;
- device, operating system, and browser version;
- keyboard, screen reader, zoom level, voice control, or other assistive technology involved;
- a screenshot or short recording when it can be shared without personal or wallet information.
Do not include seed words, a PIN, passphrase, private key, wallet backup, XPUB, descriptor, funded PSBT, order address, or other private wallet and identity data.
Report an accessibility problem
Choose COLDCARD in the Coinkite contact form and describe the page and barrier. If the form itself is inaccessible, email the support address shown in the official COLDCARD documentation.
